At Aesthetically Your By Jess. each item is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer replacement or refund if approved.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
All sales are considered final sales unless otherwise stated.
