Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Each item is handmade and carefully prepared before shipment, so processing times may very slightly depending on order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping time vary based on location, but most orders arrive withing 3-7 days after shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Subscription orders (The Black Society) are shipped monthly. Orders placed after the 20th will be included in the following months shipment.
